Question by jpalkfdu: How to seek help with sadness?
For a few years now, I?ve just been constantly sad. I have moments where it disappears, but the overall mood just is that negative range. It?s everywhere, at work, at home, with friends, with family. I feel like all joy has been sucked up. And I just can?t deal with it anymore. I sit here hoping everyday that everything will turn back to normal. I realize now that that?s not going to happen unless I do something about it.
Does anyone know the best path? Are there helpful websites, maybe life coaches, dating coaches, etc? It?s not something I can do on my own.

Maybe you have depression, a LOT of people do so its nothing to be ashamed of. I have it myself, look it up and see if you have the symptoms or what treatment would be best for you.
